As a medium to work with, coins were much easier than I thought they would be, the nature of the shapes and sizes allows for a much better ease of transition in weight of lines and curves. Although quite time consuming, the results are much more successful than other tests. Again photographs not great quality, just an experimentation to find faults and progress/development. What I found with the coins is keeping a scale consistant through the letterforms, obviously some are easier to create from others, but the simpler letterforms are smaller.. something that needs to be resolved.
